Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice including the following:

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing content, including a link or sufficient information to locate it (e.g. URL).
- Your contact details: full name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that the removed content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless they file a legal action.
Note: Submitting false or bad faith notices may have legal consequences.
Our Right to Remove Content
We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content without prior notice at our sole discretion in appropriate circumstances.
